Hi BCE Families,
We’re thrilled to invite you to our Second Annual Multicultural Night: Passports Around the World on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 6:00–8:30 PM at Bee Cave Elementary!
This joyful evening celebrates the rich diversity of our community—and there are many ways to be part of it:
Ways to Get Involved
Host a Booth (Gymnasium): Share your culture with flags, clothing, history, traditions, crafts, or activities.
Share Food (Cafeteria): Bring a bite-sized dish from your heritage (homemade or store-bought) and, if possible, a recipe to share online.
Perform on Stage (Gymnasium at 7:30 PM): Dance, music, storytelling, martial arts—any performance that reflects and celebrates your culture (2.5 min max).
Or Simply Join Us!
Not hosting or performing? No problem! Just come and enjoy the night. Stroll through the booths, taste new foods, watch performances, and celebrate the many cultures that make our Bobcat community so special. Students will even get “passports” stamped as they explore each country!
Special Project for Our Students
We want our Bobcats to have their own voice in this celebration! Attached, you’ll find a Family Tree sheet. Please help your child fill it out by drawing something simple that represents your family’s culture—this can be a flag, a food, a tradition, or anything meaningful.
Once completed, please have your child return it to their homeroom teacher. These projects will be proudly displayed during Multicultural Night for everyone to enjoy.
