The Fundraising Committee works behind the scenes to support Bee Cave Elementary PTO's fundraising initiatives throughout the year, including our annual fall and spring fundraisers, sponsorship outreach, auction procurement, donor relations, and special fundraising campaigns.

Committee members may assist with:

• Soliciting sponsorships from local businesses
• Securing Silent and Live Auction items
• Building relationships with community partners
• Assisting with event planning and logistics
• Promoting fundraising initiatives and ticket sales
• Identifying new fundraising opportunities for BCE

Whether you have experience in sales, marketing, event planning, community outreach, or simply enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to have you on the team.

No fundraising experience is required—just enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for supporting Bee Cave Elementary students and staff.
