Multicultural Night Committee
Help us celebrate the incredible cultures, traditions, and families that make Bee Cave Elementary so special! The Multicultural Night Committee works together to plan and bring BCE’s annual Multicultural Night to life—an evening filled with opportunities for our Bobcats to explore cultures from around the world.
Committee members may assist with:
-
Recruiting families to host country and cultural booths
-
Coordinating cultural displays, activities, games, and crafts
-
Helping organize student and community performances
-
Creating décor and transforming BCE into a celebration of cultures around the world
-
Coordinating passports and interactive activities for students
-
Assisting with event communications and promotion
-
Recruiting and organizing volunteers
-
Helping with event setup, check-in, and cleanup
-
Supporting participating families before and during the event
-
Brainstorming new ideas to make Multicultural Night engaging, educational, and fun
You do not need to represent a specific country or culture to join the committee! We need planners, decorators, organizers, creative thinkers, communicators, and helping hands of all kinds.
Whether you can help throughout the planning process or simply volunteer on event night, there is a place for you on the team.
Multicultural Night is Friday, September 25, 2026.
Join us as we celebrate our BCE community and give our Bobcats an opportunity to experience the traditions, stories, music, art, and cultures that make our world extraordinary.
