Good Afternoon Everyone,

First, my apologies for the delay getting this sign up out. There are lots of moving parts in the PTA right now and the 3 newbies are trying our best to get up to speed as quickly as we can!

Second, I have spoken with Mr. B and he'd like to have 8 stations of at least 2 parents at each station helping to cheer our students on and to watch out for any students falling. It's the long course we've used in the past, but Kindergartners and 1st graders (and any new students since September 2019) have never run it. Mr. B will be talking to them about the run this week and doing a walk through of the course when possible. I hope to get a course map out shortly.

Third, I know everyone wants to be at the start/finish lines for their own child(ren)'s run, which is why I've tried to offset the shift times from the run times. Please consider taking a 30 minute shift (give or take) before or after your student(s) run. Again this will help cheer on all the students throughout the course and help monitor for falls/injuries.

We will have noise makers, foam fingers, cow bells, and bubbles on hand. If you have battery powered bubble machines, whistles, bull  or air horns, etc. please feel free to bring them too! Bring whatever is loud and fun to help cheer on our students!

The run times are as follows:

• Kindergarten 1:00-1:35
• 1st Grade    1:10-1:45
• 2nd Grade  1:20-1:55
• 3rd Grade   1:30-2:05
• 4th Grade   1:40-2:15
• 5th Grade   1:50-2:25
• 6th Grade   2:00-2:35
