**At this meeting, we will be voting on BESCA's updated bylaws. Bylaws are reviewed annually and about every three years, we make updates to keep them aligned with how we operate as well as with SJUSD requirements for school-connected organizations. The proposed amendments for 2025-2026 are available for review and comment HERE. Please open the document in “comments” mode so you can see the suggested changes and the reasoning behind them. Every family at Booksin has 1 vote and voting will be available to those attending either in-person or via our Webex meeting link.
