Family Fun Night won't be as successful without your help! We still need volunteers to help out tomorrow night. If you are planning on being at Family Fun Night, please sign up for a shift to help make things run smoothly. We are asking all families in attendance to sign up for one shift. Find a friend and sign up with them!
Family Fun Night is Friday, May 16, 2025, 4:30-7:30 PM.
Family Fun Night is a Booksin tradition that the students look forward to every year. This end of year celebration takes place at Booksin, and offers carnival style games, music, a cake walk, food trucks, a talent show, and more! Kids love to play games for prizes and walk the cake walk to try to win a sweet treat. Food trucks offer a variety of dinner options, and families can celebrate the end of the year together.
This night doesn’t happen without the support of many Booksin Families! We need help with running game booths, cake walk, ticket sales, set up, clean up and more. Sign up early for the best selection of shifts!
- Important: Please report to the Volunteer Check-In table near the cafeteria at least 15 minutes prior to your shift start time.
- Only one volunteer shift needed per family (more are welcome). Volunteer clearance is not required for this event.
- All parent volunteers that sign up by 5/13 will be entered in a drawing for a "Golden Wristband" for your child(ren) to move up to the front of the line for all game and snack booths and receive a free water, popcorn, and cotton candy (5 families will win).
Do you have a middle or high school age student who is looking for community service hours? Have them volunteer for Family Fun Night through our Youth Volunteer Sign Up.
