2025-2026 VP OF FUNDRAISING NEEDED

Does your child enjoy programs like Art@BESCA, Garden, Music, Field trips, Project Cornerstone, or any of our school-wide social events? These initiatives are made possible each year because of BESCA's fundraising initiatives and the support of our donors! In order to keep things running smoothly into next year, we are in great need of a parent to step up and run for the role of VP of Fundraising.

The VP of Fundraising plays a crucial role in coordinating and supporting BESCA's fundraising efforts, ensuring that all initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. This position works closely with the President, VP of Events, and Walkathon Chair(s) to maintain organization and momentum throughout the year. Key responsibilities include supporting the WAT auction, sponsorship, and fundraising teams, tracking fundraising progress and goals, promoting and publicizing fundraisers via flyers and on the website, and researching new fundraising opportunities.

No previous experience necessary! This is a behind-the-scenes position that requires little in-person time and can be done at home. It is critical that BESCA has someone in place for the new school year so we don't lose fundraising momentum. Elections take place at our next BESCA General Membership meeting on April 1, 2025. Click here to nominate someone (or yourself!)Submitting this form simply expresses interest—it does not commit you to running if you decide it’s not the right fit.

✨ Looking for something to donate? Here are some ideas:

  • Access to a vacation home for a weekend or more
  • Event tickets—sports, concerts, theater (Have season tickets? Even better!)
  • Unique items—sports memorabilia, autographed pieces, artwork
  • Services you offer—design, legal, handyman work, tech support, etc.
  • Connections to local businesses—hair salons, spas, restaurants, retailers, etc.

We’re also putting together the much anticipated Grade Level Auction Baskets—stay tuned for your grade’s theme!!

To donate, contact BESCA’s VP of Events, Kelly and Keara, at events@mybesca.com. Donations are tax-deductible, and no contribution is too small! Thanks in advance for helping us make this year’s Booksin Bash a success!
