Check-In & Entry

• When you arrive, head to the registration table to check in. Be ready to give the name of the parent who purchased the tickets.
• You’ll get your wristbands at check-in—hang onto them! You’ll need to wait outside until your dance time begins.

Dance Schedule:

• Dance #1 (TK–2nd Grade):
  • Check-in starts at 5:15 PM
  • Doors open at 5:30 PM | Dance ends at 6:30 PM
• Dance #2 (3rd–5th Grade):
  • Check-in starts at 6:45 PM
  • Doors open at 7:00 PM | Dance ends at 8:00 PM

While You Wait

• Get some fun extras while you wait! Glow swag, pizza, boba, concessions, and neon face painting will be available for purchase. (Cash & electronic payments accepted.)
• Please note that the check-in area, swag, food, and concessions will be outside in the cool evening air, but the cafeteria will get warm once things get moving. Make sure to dress in layers for maximum comfort! 

A Few Friendly Reminders

• No wristband = no entry. The cafeteria has very strict capacity limits due to the fire code regulations. Your wristband must match the correct dance time.
• ALL students need a chaperone. A family member or friend may watch your children, but students must know in advance which adult is watching them at the dance and the chaperone will be expected to monitor behavior throughout the event. 
• For safety reasons, we cannot allow students to roam around campus outside of the designated dance area. Please keep your children in sight and off of the playgrounds or surrounding areas. 
• Please plan on finding your children and exiting at the end time of the first dance. We have a quick turnover before the second dance begins.
