Docents setup, lead an art lesson, and clean up. All lessons are prewritten for you and available as a powerpoint.  
NOTE: ONE Person for each lesson should be designated LEAD and should come fully prepared about the lesson objective and contents to provide a quality experience for student and teacher.

How do I become an Art Docent? Please see the day/time of your class' monthly lesson. If it works with your schedule, sign up here or let your teacher know you are interested. 

What do Docents do? Provide monthly, pre-written art lessons to your child's class. Set up room with supplies before the lesson and clean room after the lesson. Gather student artwork and place in designated teacher bins or drying racks. Follow up with the parents via Konstella to share class lesson and activity. Assist Art@Booksin Chair(s) with preparing for the end-of-year art show displaying all student artwork for parent and student viewing.

Please note: All Art Docents MUST be district cleared before working with students.
