VP Communications Signed Up: 1 / 1The VP of Communications manages BESCA communications, including email/social media posts and the website. This individual also serves as Parliamentarian for the organization, utilizing Robert's Rules of Order or Democratic Rules of Order. In addition to oversight of select committees, this individual assists the President as needed and performs the duties of the President in his/her absence.
