The purpose of this group is to communicate with parents of 3rd-5th grade students involved in the Winter 2026 Booksin theater production.

Staff Advisor Signed Up: 1 / 1SJUSD/Booksin employee. Is present on-site during theater activities in order to be available if a major incidence arises or to provide access to necessary school buildings.

BESCA Signed Up: 2 / 2Manage logistics, facilitate communication and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently to keep rehearsals and performances on track. Oversee production and act as liaison between the theater team and school/district administration, facilitate communication through Konstella, handle finances, and ensure compliance with all licensing and school policies.
