Dear Families,
We are writing you with some unfortunate news! One of the Read-a-Thon 2025 incentives was providing a Bounce House at PEP Day in June. We were so amazed by and grateful for the community's generosity last November and we were thrilled to be able to have TWO Bounce House Obstacle Courses at Pep Day.
However, West Hartford's Risk Management department recently informed school and the PTB that inflatable bounce houses are no longer permitted on school grounds during school hours. 
We wish we had different news to share! In lieu of the obstacle courses, we will be providing each student with Braeburn swag (a water bottle they can use at PEP day if they wish and a drawstring backpack). While we know this may not be the fun activity we were all expecting, we hope the kids will like these keepsakes.

Also, given the demands on parents and students this month between sports, activities, testing, and other end-of-the-year events, we have decided to cancel this month's PTB meeting. We will share updates in writing at the end of the week!
