The Fall Fair is THIS coming FRIDAY, September 25!!  

 Volunteers & Donations Parent Volunteers Required to Run the Event

The Fall Fair is an amazing tradition, and it is completely volunteer run! We usually raise between $7,000 and $8,000 for Braeburn which goes towards enrichment activities (Learnin' the Ropes, Field Trips, and author visits), school improvements and projects (like the new swings on the playground), Continuation activities (fifth grade), Kindergarten orientation and welcome activities, classroom supplies (books, incentives, magazine subscriptions), and teacher outreach and appreciation activities (among others!)

Our amazing committee (thank you Jess Dodge, Lindsay Jensen & Hadley Rosen!!) has been working incredibly hard to not only plan the fair but to get as many high school volunteers from Conard as possible. 

However, to SAFELY run the Fall Fair we need ADULT / PARENT volunteers to:
~ sell donuts, cotton candy, popcorn, and water (30 minute shifts- great opportunity to grab a friend and chat while you support the school!)
~ support Conard volunteers at the inflatables
~ help run the "Dessert Dance"
~ donate baked goods, water, ice, etc.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other members of the Braeburn Community and support the school!
