Volunteers needed for Braeburn's 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat!
@Braeburn Elementary in the parking lot on Sunday October 22, 5-6:30pm
DETAILS:
We are looking for volunteers to decorate their vehicle with a kid-friendly theme of their choosing and hand out candy or treats in the Braeburn parking lot.
Google 'Trunk or Treat' for decorating inspiration and encourage the whole family to pitch in.
We are including a sign up for families to donate candy and treats so that you will only be responsible for decorating your car and you DO NOT need to bring any candy.
Please bring 1-2 bowls to use and you can pick up the candy when you arrive.
SET UP/ARRIVAL TIME: 4:15-4:45
-We will be blocking off the parking lot to all vehicles at 4:45.
-Please park in a spot marked with chalk.
*Feel free to add music to your display!
* You may also wish to add your theme (if you already know it) to your sign up for others to see.
If you do not wish to be a trunk but are able to help with set-up or clean-up that is also greatly appreciated. Please consider donating candy to help keep this a free event for all!

CANDY/TREAT DONATIONS Signed Up: 56 / 100Sun, Oct 22 4:15pm-6:30pm
Please donate 100 pieces of NUT FREE CANDY or Halloween trinkets to be used at the event. You can drop off to the office between October 10th - 20th.
**Please be sure to drop off ahead of time and DO NOT bring the candy to the event.
If you are able to bring more than 100 pieces (if you go to Costco and buy a larger bag for example, please indicate in your sign up and sign up PER 100 pieces so we make sure we have the right amount of candy). THANK YOU!!!!

EVENT SET-UP Signed Up: 3 / 4Sun, Oct 22 4:00pm-5:00pm
Help direct cars that signed up to be a trunk to the spots marked off for them. Help distribute the candy to those cars. Make sure the barricades are up at 4:45 and no cars are allowed through. Track down any staff members who may not have remembered to move their cars by 4:00 and kindly ask them to move their vehicles.

Greet families at the entrance (with a bowl of treats)! We REALLY need to make sure the only cars going past the barricaded point where you will stand are picking their children up from WHEE. You will ask any cars driving up if they are for Trunk or Treat (in which case they will turn around and park on the street) or direct WHEE families there to pick up.
