Once again, thank you to the Braeburn Community for working together to exceed our fundraising goal and raise $18,305 - we can't wait to celebrate with all of our students with that inflatable obstacle course in the spring for PEP Day!
Please see below for the classes in each grade who read the most minutes:
- Kindergarten: Mrs. Roy's class - 1, 517 minutes read
- 1st Grade: Mrs. Clinton's class - 2,347 minutes read
- 2nd Grade: Ms. Whieldon's class - 2, 553 minutes read
- 3rd Grade: Mrs. MacDonnell's class - 5, 168 minutes read
- 4th Grade: Mrs. Baker's class - 12,642 minutes read
- 5th Grade: Mrs. Parenti's class - 7,008 minutes read
- These teachers will work with their class to choose one series of books to add to their classroom library (up to $100). The PTB will order and deliver the books to these respective teachers.
Mrs. Baker's class read the most minutes school-wide; each student in Mrs. Baker's class will get to choose one book from the Book Fair next week (the book must be under $10, and not contain any toys or trinkets)
Random individual students were drawn for registering for the fundraiser, as well as for turning in a completed reading tracker (either paper, or by email as communicated). Those students have been notified directly, and Mrs. Lavoie will have a $25 Book Fair gift card for each of those random winners when they come to shop next week.
