In Mid June , Braeburn 5th Grade Teacher Margo Parenti's world was turned upside down. Her son Nicholas, only 7 years old, was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his brain stem, a very rare and dangerous type of tumor.

In addition to the GoFundMe that has been set up for the family, Friends of Feeney is having a "Friends of Nicholas" event August 19th  at the Yard Goats stadium to raise money to offset the burden of hospital bills and expenses so the Parenti family can focus on the treatment and supporting their son. 

We are looking for Braeburn families who might be interested in becoming t-shirt Sponsors for this event. A $100 sponsorship puts your name or business and contact information on the "Friends of Nicholas" t-shirt that is seen sported by "Good Friends" all over town. 

Families are also welcome to sponsor and share their support.
