Allow me to introduce our new PTO Board.
Kande Buck-Johnson (she/her) is one of our Co-Presidents!
Kande is a recent transplant to the Atlanta area. Paisleigh is her oldest child and is a Kindergartener in the Montessori program. She says, "Most days, I feel as if I am learning right along with her, so please be patient with me." Their family also has a 2.5 year old that they are looking forward to joining us in this school journey. She is a Doctor of Pharmacy by training, but a kid at heart. Lisa Hubbard Green (she/her) is one of our Co-Presidents!
Lisa has twins in first grade, their second year at Briar Vista. She works in financial services and lives in LaVista Park. Lisa is excited to help lead the PTO and hopes to increase parent and community involvement as well as continue to support the wonderful professionals at our school. Amy Gallagher (she/her) is now our Secretary!
Amy Gallagher has twins in first grade and an eighth grader at Druid Hills Middle School. This is her third year at Briar Vista. She works from home in IT and lives near Mason Mill Park. Naomi Scott (she/her) is our Treasurer!
Meet Naomi Scott. She has a son in first grade and her family welcomed a beautiful baby girl on March 31st. Naomi is a full-time mom, big time gamer and all-around bright soul. A New York native but southerner at heart. This 26-year-old traveled the country looking for a place to call home and Georgia is just that, now she is looking forward to contributing to the betterment of our youth, her peers and her community. With the future in mind, she is looking to add college, a new career path, the PTO and new friendships to her fun filled life. She can be reached at treasurer@briarvistaelmentary.com

We have several members at large that are extremely hands on behind the scenes. We would love to add you to the group!
