Greetings BVE Family, Friends, and Community,
We had a wonderful week with our Coffee and Conversations and Grandparent's Luncheon. Thank you so much for your involvement in helping our school thrive in academics, caring, and excellence.
Next week will be a great way to mingle with other Briar Vista families through our PTO Spirit
Nights, you will have three opportunities to participate from September 12th-14th. Be sure to
mention you are a Briar Vista Family, we encourage you to have your friends or family members
join you for a night out.
Spirit Nights are fundraisers with a win-win setup with local restaurants who donate a portion to our school which helps with PTO projects throughout the year.
The Admin Team will be at Dragon Bowl Monday, September 12th around 6:00 pm. Come join Us!!!
Also, PTO will provide adults to participate in Carpool Duty from 7:00 am-7:45 next Friday-September 16th. Sign up here.

Spirit Night
Our first Spirit Night will be at Dragon Bowl Emory Village on Monday, September 12, 2022. Can't join us on Monday? Don't worry! Dragon Bowl is giving us THREE days to order!
Monday 9/12- Wednesday 9/14. You can dine in, carry out and even have your order delivered all day! Don't forget to mention you're supporting Briar Vista and the PTO will receive 25% of the proceeds. Our Admin team will be there on Monday at 6 pm. Come on out and see us! Thank you for your support!

ANNUAL TITLE 1 MEETING
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 5:30pm online only.
Come, see, and hear the wonderful things that are happening in our school and learn more about our
Title I Program.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide information to parents and stakeholders to:
· Review school PFE survey results for the School-Parent Compact & Policy, 1% Set-Aside
Budget, and Building Capacity of School Staff
· Explore the District’s Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy
· Understand the school’s Title I School-Family Compact & Policy for Student Achievement
· Learn about the standards, curriculum, and assessments
· Ask questions regarding policies, programs, and activities
FALL FESTIVAL IS BACK!
That's right! Our Fall Festival is back!! It will be on Friday, October 21st from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Details are to be released as we have them.
