If we all work together, we can make up the current shortfall in our annual fundraising.

There are TWO things you can do over Spring Break to HELP!

FIRST, join in our Spring Break Auction Challenge Raffle! Gather items for our Gala auction and you'll be entered to WIN a FREE TICKET to Gala! Follow these steps:

1. Secure an auction item! - Donate an item of your own on THIS FORM on our auction platform (ex: cooking classes, tutoring, gift baskets, a few hours of YOUR special talent). OR
2. Secure an auction item from a business!- Request a donation
   
   1. You can use THIS SPREADSHEET.  Put your name by the business (this is so multiple people are not reaching out to the same businesses). Here are some instructions for filling it out. (You can also reach out to your favorite business not on the list and add it!)
   2. Email the business, or ask them in person for an auction donation. Here's sample text you use.  Copy and paste this text into an email, then edit to fit the business you are asking.
   3. When the business says YES, enter the business into THIS FORM on our auction platform.
3. Every time you secure an auction item and enter it in THIS FORM you will be entered into our Spring Break Donation Challenge for ONE FREE TICKET to BSI's Annual Gala on June 1st!!
4. Each donated auction item you secure and enter into THIS FORM is one entry in the raffle. Secure and enter as many auction items as you can until 11:59pm on April 30th.
5. We will do a raffle drawing and announce the winner right after Spring Break!

SECOND, make a donation to the BSI Student Enrichment Fund! Direct donations make the biggest impact! Shower BSI with funds that help all of our children!
