PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT! We've had such a huge response to this event that the PTO will need help from parents and guardians to make this a success. Why should the kids have all the fun? We need adults to assist the BEAM team at each station to help our kids make some really cool stuff! Please help out at the activity tables alongside the BEAM staff making disco balls, stop-motion animation projects and stained glass creations while your kids work on the same and enjoy the experience with them!
OR, want to help out at a PTO table? Drop us an email at execbd@bsipto.org. The PTO will be selling snacks, popcorn, drinks, merchandise, raffle tickets for some awesome BEAM donations and more! You can sign up to volunteer for those stations by going here!

Our annual fundraising party, also known as the Gala, is just around the corner on June 1st, and we need your help to make it a huge success! A key part of the event is our exciting live and silent auctions, which raise critical funds for our kids at BSI.
We're seeking donations of enticing auction items that will draw enthusiasm and competitive bidding. Have a restaurant you always go to or a place the kids love to go to? Drop them an email and see if they'll donate a gift certificate or experience. Maybe you have access to special behind-the-scenes tours, premium ticket packages, or other goods and services you can donate.
Your donations are a great way to promote your business while supporting a worthy cause.
