The Brookvale Talent Show

The month of March ended on a high note with a spectacular Talent Show by our highly talented Brookvale students, from across all grades (TK-6). Brookvale PTA would like to thank all the parents and volunteers who made this event possible. The diligent support of the parents and families, through the auditions, rehearsal, and final performances is what has made this event possible. As the PTA strives to ensure such opportunities and experiences for our students, we hope to have your continued support over the coming years.

Teacher Appreciation Week

The week of May 6th to May 10th is Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week (TAW). Brookvale PTA is organizing a fun week of surprises and treats for the teachers and staff at Brookvale. Please come forward to share your love and appreciation of these wonderful people who care for our children during the school day, throughout the school year!

Please look for messages on Konstella and Facebook to sign up to contribute to the planned meals for the teachers during the coming week. Thank you for showing your appreciation!

PTA’s Science Sunday

We would like to extend a huge round of thanks to the Stanford Chemistry team for an amazing afternoon of science! PTA’s Science Sunday was very popular, with a lot of drop-in visitors to our community  event. The participants enjoyed several hands-on activities. Slime and Magic Milk were two of the favorite experiments. Several young children participated, including grades TK-7. PTA would like to thank the following student volunteers from American High School and Thornton Junior High, for helping with several of the activities at the event: Meera Mallya and Priyanka Ravindran (AHS); Hansa Atreya, Teagan Rees, and Naomi Tchao (TJHS).
