Mechanisms Lab: Design, Build, and Explore Robotics
Start Date: Jan 27th
In this hands-on program, young inventors explore engineering by designing and building their own moving mechanisms. Using gears, pulleys, cams, motors, and other simple machines, students learn how motion, force, and design work together. They begin with guided models to understand core principles, then redesign and invent unique machines. Fun challenges, troubleshooting, and teamwork strengthen problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Interactive videos and games like Kahoot keep learning engaging, while block coding introduces the digital side of engineering and brings their creations to life. This camp sparks curiosity, confidence, and a lasting love for invention, helping every child feel like a true young engineer.

AI Game Creator: Coding Fun with Scratch
Start Date: Jan 29th
In The AI Game Creator: Coding Fun with Scratch, children will dive into the exciting world of game design, animation, and artificial intelligence. Using Scratch’s visual block coding, students will learn core programming concepts such as X and Y coordinates, loops, variables, functions, if-then-else statements, clones, operators, and randomization while building their own interactive video games.
Campers will bring their games to life with custom animations, sound effects, and music, then enhance them using AI-generated images, characters, and voices. As they design challenges, code reactions, and fine-tune gameplay, students will develop logic, creativity, and problem-solving skills. This camp turns coding into a playground for imagination, where every child becomes both a game designer and AI innovator.
CompuChild will provide laptops for students to share and work on during the session.
THURSDAY 2:45-4:15 (6 WEEKS), 2nd-5th GRADE, $199
Class Dates: 01/29, 02/05, 02/12, 02/19, 02/26, 03/05

Cleantech with Electrical Engineering
Start Date: April 14th
Environmental consciousness is becoming essential in today’s world. In this course, students explore clean technology by learning how electric cars, windmills, solar panels, and hydroelectric systems work through hands-on circuit activities. They study series and parallel circuits to understand how current flow and load distribution change with each configuration. As they build and test models, students work with resistors, switches, voltage sources, LEDs, jumper wires, conductors, and insulators to see how real electrical systems are engineered. They also watch proprietary videos, play Kahoot, and participate in guided circuit-building sessions that make each clean-tech concept clear, engaging, and meaningful.
TUESDAY 2:45-4:15 (5 WEEKS), K-4th GRADE, $169, Room # 403
Class Dates: 04/14, 04/21, 04/28, 05/05, 05/12

Prompt Engineering: AI Literacy for Young Learners
Start Date: April 16th
With the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence, it is essential to introduce children to how these technologies work at a fundamental level. In this immersive program, students learn to communicate effectively with AI through hands-on activities, creative projects, and interactive games. They develop key prompt engineering skills—the ability to give clear instructions so AI produces accurate, creative, and safe results. Students write stories, solve problems, create music, design simple games, and experiment with AI-generated images and sounds. No experience is needed. Along the way, they learn to use AI as a learning partner, think critically about technology, and understand AI’s limitations, biases, and errors.
CompuChild will provide laptops for students to share and work on during the session.
THURSDAY 2:45-4:15 (5 WEEKS), 2nd-5th GRADE, $169
Class Dates: 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14
