Hello Parents!

It's that time again and we are excited to invite all of the kids to participate in this year's explosive annual Diwali dance performance! The performance will take place on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH before school so mark your calendars! Dance practices will begin on Saturday, October 5th and sign ups will be accepted by end of day FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4TH. We will not accept any sign ups after October 4th in order to properly prepare and coordinate schedules. Thank you for your understanding!

Practice dates/times have not been finalized, but tentatively we are looking at after school on Mondays and Fridays and Saturdays. We may include some Sundays if needed.

The last 2 sessions will be mandatory for all participants to attend, as we will assign their positions during these sessions. If your child cannot attend, please message us via Konstella.

In order to make this event a success, we kindly request some parent volunteers:

• Decorations - 4 volunteers
• Day of the Event (morning) - 4 volunteers
• Manage kids during practice sessions - 2 volunteers
• Event Day Photos - 1 volunteer
• Event Day Videographer - 1 volunteer

We are also seeking donations to provide participation appreciation gifts for the kids. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated to help make the event even more special! Details of how you can donate will be shared shortly.
