So, why the date change?

We wanted to make sure the Brookvale community had the opportunity to attend another important meeting. FUSD is holding a virtual Measure-E Bond Program Community Forum for each of the five attendance areas to share information about completed, current, and future projects, including the status of middle school conversions.

The forum for the American attendance area is on Tuesday, February 9th (the date of our originally scheduled PTA meeting). Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the meeting.

We encourage you to register to learn about what is going on in the American attendance area. The largest project is the conversion of Thornton Junior High to a middle school (6th, 7th, and 8th grades). While middle school may seem like a long way off for Brookvale families with young children, those days will be here sooner than you expect and you will want your children to have a great middle school experience that is on par with the other middle schools in FUSD. Please make your voice heard and let FUSD know that north Fremont families care by registering, attending, and asking questions.
