Hello Everyone!

Brookvale Elementary will be celebrating Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) this Thursday, November 2nd, and everyone is invited to participate in the festivities! Dia De Los Muertos is a traditional holiday where family and friends gather to pay respects and to remember friends and family members who have passed. Some wonderful parent volunteers will be setting up an altar with colorful decorations and treats on Thursday and families are invited to bring a printed/copied picture of their loved one who has passed to place on the altar. Please do not bring original photographs- please print out pictures or make copies ONLY!
