-Manning a First Aid station at the DJ booth (where Mrs. Tinsley will be emceeing the entire event) 

-Runner for equipment: to get extra items for games/sports( going back and forth to the PE office for equipment, extra balls, cones etc when needed

-Organizing lost and found items and students: helping to locate lost water bottles, escorting sick or injured kiddos to the main office or directing them to the First Aid booth, a place to store missing hats etc.

-Set Up/Tear Down-Need to be here to help set up stations before school starting at 7:30am and coming back before school ends around 2:00pm to help tear down and store in my PE room (P-1)
