January 2020 Newsletter

Ushering in 2020 With New PTA Events and Programs!

Brookvale PTA is very excited to bring several new programs to our school in 2020. We have been working with various organizations and artists over the past several months to identify grade-appropriate programs and new experiences for our students. Our Principal has kindly reviewed these programs and their curriculum and scheduled these sessions for the various classes.

We are grateful for the help provided by Music for Minors (MFM) II in bringing Taiko Drums and Blues in the School to Brookvale. Our MFM II docents, who underwent training in September 2019, continue to provide music lessons for our kindergarten classes. We urge parents to please consider becoming a MFM II docent, as at least two docents are needed per grade. It would be wonderful to continue our MFM II music lessons next year for as many grades as possible. Contact us for more information!
