Hello Everyone!
The school is looking for 4 parent volunteers to assist the photographers on Picture Day, which is Friday, September 30th. Each parent volunteer will receive a coupon for a free picture package "C" ($43 value). Here are the details:
- Come to the office to sign in by 8:20 a.m. Your volunteer time will go until 3:00 p.m. (highly likely the photographers will be finished earlier)
- You will get a lunch break from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. and at each recess (10 -10:15 a.m. and 1:50 - 2:00 p.m.)
- You may not bring any other child(ren) with you while volunteering
- You will contact classes and escort the teacher and students to the photographer
