Dear Families,

We are delighted to invite you to our annual Elementary Science Olympiad Information Night.   This event is presented by Bay Area Science Gurus and hosted by Ardenwood School and PTA.   If you have students in grades 3 - 5, then this event is for you!  Families join us and learn how to organize a team, register for the competition and more.  Please note, Elementary Science Olympiad teams are organized, registered and managed by parents and guardians.  

Join us in the Ardenwood Elementary MPR on Wednesday, September 17th from 6 to 7 pm.  Please confirm your attendance by clicking HERE and registering for the event.  Attendance will be limited to the first 250 parents/guardians who register. We request that only one parent/guardian per family attend the event so that we may accommodate as many families as possible.  NOTE:  This information night event will be open to all students in grades 3 - 5 and both Brookvale and Forest Park have invited their school communities as well.  

Bay Area Science Gurus will present:

• An introduction and the benefits of participating in the Science Olympiad;

• Details of the competition; and 

• A step-by-step of the registration process, signup forms and other details.

There will also be an opportunity for parent/guardian questions.   Thank you for your interest and we look forward to seeing you at the event!
