You are cordially invited to volunteer as a Head Room Parent (HRP) or an Assistant Room Parent (ARP).
Room Parents are responsible for coordinating 3 class parties, collecting party and teacher gift donations, grade specific events, ensuring communications are sent to parents, and acting as a liaison with the PTO Board. Up to 3 parents can share the role for each classroom, so you will not be working alone!
If you would like to volunteer, starting on Tuesday, September 24th at 7:00 pm please click the link below and complete / submit the online form, for each classroom you want to volunteer for. All submissions must be completed by: Sunday, September 29th , 2019. Please be sure to enter all information and don’t forget to select the position of your preference. Assignments are made by the PTO on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are selected as a Room Parent, you will receive your notification via Konstella, the BAS Private Online Parent Community Communication Tool. Konstella invites / registrations will be sent to all parents via email in early October.
