PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Lawrence Hall of Science Mystery Festival
Fri, Feb 1 8:50am-2:30pm
MUR
1 day before

Volunteer for the Lawrence Hall of Science Day on Friday February 1st.

The MUR will be transformed into a giant forensic laboratory. As students enter the room, they will view the scene of a “crime,” surrounded by police barrier tape. They can gather evidence and analyze it at the many forensic lab test stations around the room. Students will attempt to unravel a complex mystery that is designed to excite and channel them into creative problem-solving. The station activities will include pH testing, hidden fingerprints, invisible inks, chromatography, and more!

This is a fun, interactive day of hands-on learning. Each session's time includes a 20 minute pre-training.
