Here we go! Just about one month to Bubb Elementary and the PTA's largest fundraiser of the year - WATSA funds 75-90% of the PTA's budget and funds many programs and activities for Bubb and our students. We need your help to make this event a huge success! Even if you can only work the day of the event for a little bit, or can only spare time from home prior to the event, there are roles for everybody. Here's how you can help out:
From baking cookies to setting up the silent auction, manning booths to cutting oranges, there are roles for everybody! Sign up for a volunteer role!
Pledge Form – Parents and students, use this form to gather pledges, record lap totals, and collect "earnings" after the event. Pledges can also be obtained online through Walkstarter.
Donation Form – Use this form to accompany donations to the Family Giving Tree, Wine Cellar, and Silent Auction (including goods, services, and parties).
Silent Auction Parties Form - Use this form to register your party event - due Sept 15th
Contribution Agreement Form – Use this form to capture business donations, including both Silent Auction items and cash donations. (Check with Lisa Henry to coordinate, due by Sept 8th)
Donation Receipt - Use this form for any donor who would like a receipt.
