The 3rd Annual Turkey Trot is on  November 6th (1:30-3:00 p.m.)!

Get ready to go wild at this year’s Turkey Trot Fun Run! With the theme “Wild About Learning,” students are invited to show off their wild side - whether it’s wild hair, a wacky outfit, or a creative costume! Join us for a fun-filled day of running, laughter, and school spirit. Prizes will be awarded for the wildest looks, so let your imagination run free! Students will participate in the Turkey Trot during the school day and enjoy a treat afterwards. 

In the fifth grade, our Bugbee Bees enjoy a variety of special events and fun activities to celebrate their final year at Bugbee. Over the years, these events have included trips to Lake Compounce and Winding Trails, Nature on Wheels, a yearbook signing party, and more! These events are a fun and memorable way to commemorate the students’ final year at Bugbee, but they typically cost over $10,000 for all students to participate. To help offset these costs, students can start fundraising now by setting up a fundraising page for the annual Turkey Trot.

Grade to raise the most funds - Extra Recess

Grade to run the most laps - Extra Recess

Individual to dress the “wildest” (one per grade) - Featured on the Morning Announcements

Grade to dress the “wildest” overall - Pajama Day
