We hope to see you tomorrow night for some food, fun, and friends, as we support a fabulous cause! We've received some inquiries about logistics for the evening:
1. What do I wear?
Casual attire is acceptable and encouraged!
2. Where do I park?
There is a parking lot directly across from the stadium (see attached map) with a cost of $5. There is also ample metered parking on the street around the stadium. If you plan on enjoying the cash bar, may we also suggest Uber as an option? :-)
3. Do I have to bid on something?
Not a requirement, although of course encouraged! There are also raffle tickets for purchase at $5, along with a "grub grab" for $25.
4. Can I still get tickets?
Yes! Visit www.auctria.com/auction/bugbee2019 to purchase tickets. You can also purchase tickets at the door, but it is much easier to purchase ahead of time.
5. How long is the auction?
The silent auction will close at 9pm, followed shortly afterward by the raffle basket drawing (you must be present to win!) and the live auction. Check-out will start around 10pm, and the party concludes at 11pm.
6. Where at the stadium is the party?
See attached map, the entrance to the event space is on the lefthand side of the building if you are looking at the main entrance and store. There will be signage marking the entrance!
