Good Morning Bugbee Families,
As we countdown to Bugbee's biggest party of the year on March 29th, we are hoping you will join our All-Star team.
Our Bugbee Auction will be a Yard Goats themed event at Dunkin' Donuts park, with a few surprises in store for the evening.
This will be my last year co-chairing this event, so I am looking forward to this event being a homerun! We are looking for folks to join our committee. We understand the many time constraints placed on families these days with school activities, work, sports, etc. So, this year we have tried to simplify the efforts needed for this auction.
Would you be willing to solicit one or donations for the evening? It doesn't take much time or effort. In fact, we have simplified the donation process this year and have laid out which donations we are looking for.
Click here for a list of the donations we are looking for. https://www.konstella.com/app/school/594eb70ee4b039b99f6df916/signups/5c4f1b0ee4b089befea05b6c
If you frequent one of the restaurants or services, signup to solicit that donation. Included in the link (and attached to this email) is the donation letter and solicitation form.
If you don't see a restaurant, service or business on this list that you may have a connection to, and you think it would make a great donation to the auction, please let us know. Debbie Dylan is coordinating all donations (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We hope you can help us make this the best auction to date!
If you'd like to volunteer in other ways, we would love to have you. We will be looking for people to help check-in, check-out, be runners, set-up, clean-up and more.
Our next meeting will be Wednesday, February 6th at 9:00 a.m. at the Mandell JCC Cafe J. We understand not everyone can attend meetings during the day. We alternate between day and evening to try and accommodate everyone who would like to help.
As always, thank you for your continued support of all the Bugbee fundraising efforts.
