Hey Bugbee!
Interested in hearing about the 2027 Budget from the Board of Education & Town of West Hartford? These meetings are open to the public. There is representation at the meetings from The Parent Teacher Council (PTC), which is a district-wide committee made up of one parent representative from each of the district’s 16 schools. It serves as a direct line of communication between the parent community and district leadership, meeting regularly throughout the year to receive and share important updates. You can reach out to us or Bugbee's PTC rep, Don Miller, if you have any questions, or check out the BOE website for more information! .png)
Please note: "The public is invited to attend all meetings of the Board, however there is no public forum at workshops and personnel matters and contract negotiations are discussed in executive session as permitted by state law. The Board of Education welcomes all visitors interested in addressing the Board at regular Board meetings. In order to accommodate everyone, the Board will refrain from immediately responding to speaker inquiries during the public comment periods." - BOE
