Hi team!
Thank you for your amazing support as we prepare to shower our teachers with gratitude during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 1-May 5). And a big thank you for reading all of the materials we sent home - we know it's not easy to keep track of everything, especially in these last frenzied weeks of the school year, and we are thankful for our incredible community of families!
But now we are in the HOME STRETCH - we are looking for families to please contribute items for our MVP Meal (formerly known as the teacher luncheon) and Baller Breakfast.
As usual, there are several ways to participate:
- Pick an item from the list below to prepare or purchase for the MVP Meal on Tuesday, May 2nd.
- Assist with the set up or clean up for the MVP Meal on Tuesday, May 2nd.
- Provide a homemade or store-bought treat or breakfast item listed below for our Baller Breakfast on Friday, May 5th.
If you are able to contribute, please sign up for one of the suggested items below.
Item Drop-off Info:
- ITEMS FOR THE MVP MEAL:
- Perishable items can be dropped off in the Bugbee School office between 8:00-8:30am on Tuesday, May 2nd. ***Please reach out to Pam or Stacey if you need to work out an alternate drop-off time.
- Non-perishable items may be dropped off in the office on, or any time before, May 2nd at 8:30am.
- Please be sure to label any serving dishes that you need returned.
- If your food item requires a serving utensil, it would be awesome if you could please provide that as well (please email one of us if you need us to supply that utensil!).
- Finally, please provide your item in a bowl/tray/etc. from which the food can be served (i.e., if we can avoid scrambling for serving pieces last minute, we would appreciate it!)
- BALLER BREAKFAST: Non-perishable treats can be dropped off any time during the week, but by Friday, March 10th at 9:30am at the latest (please label the items to indicate that they are for Friday). Perishable items should come in Friday morning before 9:30 am.
Thanks in advance for signing up to help, and again, thank you for the outpouring of support you have given all year - we are so lucky to part of the Bugbee team!
Warmly,
Pam Borer (psborer@gmail.com) and Stacey Mayer (samayer3@yahoo.com)
