From the WHCC Facebook page: Since 1951, the West Hartford Cultural Council, a non-profit organization, has brought an exciting variety of musical, dramatic, and visual arts experiences to our elementary schools. These efforts, supported solely by families in the schools and the community, enhance and enrich the arts programming in the West Hartford Public Schools.
