Valentine’s Day
Each class will be having a Valentine’s Day celebration, so if you’d like, you can have your child bring in enough for the whole class. They should be non candy favors or cards. We ask that you don’t write all the friends’ names on then (it makes handing them out complicated), but your child can write their own name on them so they know who it’s from.
January Raffle Winner
January’s winner of the “thank you for subbing” raffle is Aleilee Asper! We greatly appreciate when you sub, and as a thank you we are going to offer a monthly raffle. Any time you sub, your name will be put into a drawing. At the end of the month, we’ll pull a name from the basket and that person may choose an item of Bunker Hill swag.
Missed Co-Op Days
If you had a scheduled co-op day that was not covered last week, please email Tiffany this week and let her know your plan to make up this time.
If you are unable to participate on your scheduled co-op day, please ask for a substitute in your class and all school as soon as you know. If it's the day before, and you think there might be a possibility that you will not be able to be at school, it can be helpful to ask someone to be on standby "if needed." If no one is able to sub for you, and you participation day is not covered, there are three options to choose from:
- Sign up for a make up project
- Agree to do a participation day, when needed, before the end of the school year
- Pay a $100 missed participation day fee to Bunker Hill
Nominating Committee
As mentioned at the membership meeting, we need volunteers for a board nominating committee. This doesn’t mean that you need to become a board member (unless you’d like to)! The committee members will take part in one short Zoom meeting to nominate board members for the next year. We do need a minimum of 2 volunteers from each class. Please email parliamentarian@bunkerhillschool.org if you would like to participate.

Fall Enrollment
If you missed the priority enrollment window, sign up quickly to guarantee your spot in the fall! If you have friends interested, you can tell them that enrollment is now open to everyone.
February Board Meeting Date Change
February's Board meeting has been moved from February 5 to 12. All community members are always welcome and encouraged to join us!

Laundry Schedule
Please take laundry home on Thursday or Friday (your last school day of the week) and return it on Monday or Tuesday (your first school day) of the next week.
