π§π« Teacher Hours & Stipend Proposal

Discussion on shifting adjunct hours to a fixed annual stipend to reduce scheduling conflicts and improve budgeting.

Next steps: Principal Mach & Principal Iyer to refine proposal, gather teacher feedback, and present to district leadership.
