UPDATE: Thank you all for your enthusiastic sign-ups for Trunk or Treat! I'm delighted to announce that the event is a definite GO. While we're thrilled by the response, we do have a few remaining trunk slots and Day-of-Event volunteer positions to fill. Your participation is invaluable, and we would greatly appreciate your help in filling these slots. Let's make this event a resounding success together!

Hello CLIP Families,
Volunteers needed for 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat & Dance Party.
Our Trunk or Treat & Dance Party is coming up next Friday 10/27 and we really need your help! If you remember attending last year, it was a big and fun event. However the event cannot happen without volunteers. Please consider signing up to decorate a Trunk; and Day of Event Helper. These trunks are part of what makes the event so fun with candy and prizes for the kids. Any help would be appreciated! Please sign up.
Join us for our 2nd annual Trunk or Treat event. See the flyer below for more information. Please RSVP by Tuesday, October 24 for all attending children only so that trunks can have enough treats/prizes for all children.
- Sign up to decorate your trunk and pass out treats to our school community. Best decorated trunk wins a prize !! Participation instructions will be sent once signup closes. Apply for a material reimbursement of up to $30 per trunk.
- Sign up to help volunteer ( sell concession items, direct traffic in/out for trunks
- Donations of Candy, Nut-Free chocolates/treats, or prizes (stickers, small toys, pencils, erasers, etc) needed. Please bring them to the front office.
CLIPCO will be selling snacks, glow sticks, beverages, and more starting at 5:30 PM! Cash or credit will be accepted.
