▢ ASEP is not a part of free and public education.  ASEP is an opt-in, fee-based activity, part of CLIPCO, outside of school hours. 

▢ There is a $10 Cancellation fee before class starts. No refunds provided after the class begins. 
▢ Caretakers must pick up their child on time after class at the classroom door.  

▢ If your child has a class that starts later and there is a chunk of time between school letting out and the ASEP class, your child must be supervised on campus. 

▢ Failure to pick up your child on time more than 2 times will result in the student being removed from class.
▢ Konstella will have the most up-to-date information on the schedule, include class cancellations. It is up to the caregivers to check this Konstella group calendar for any weekly updates

▢ We will offer one free class for anyone who can volunteer for all classes for a given day for the school year.  For example, this person would volunteer for all Wednesday classes every week that there is class. To sign up for only your class (for the school year), a 50% discount will be provided for that class.  For more information or to apply, email margaret@cusdclipco.org.
