Hello!
We need volunteers to help CPMA staff with 6th and 7th Grade Academic Assemblies on
Wednesday, June 6th. The Assemblies will be during homeroom, 6th and 7th grade will each have their own Assembly. We will need help setting up refreshments, "photo booth" and balloons beforehand, handing out refreshments, directing parents and students during, and helping to clean up. NOTE: 8th graders will receive awards at a different time.
The schedule will ROUGHLY be as follows:
Set up - 2:15 - 2:50 pm
Assembly 1 - 2:55 pm - 3:25 pm
Assembly 2 - 3:30pm - 4:00 pm
Clean up 4:00 - 4:15 pm
Parents are encouraged to attend their child's assembly, so if you can help before or after that would be great. Parents will be receiving letters and there will be a dialer with more info coming from the school in the few weeks or so.
