Hello!
We need volunteers to help CPMA staff with Academic Assemblies on Tuesday, Feb. 20th. The Assemblies will cover 3 periods, each grade will have their own Assembly. We will need help setting up refreshments, "photo booth" and balloons beforehand, handing out refreshments, directing parents and students during, and helping to clean up.
The schedule will be as follows:
Set up - 12:15 - 1:00 pm
5th per. -1:15pm - 2:06 pm
6th per. - 2:11pm - 3:02 pm
7th per. - 3:07-4:00 pm
Clean up 4:00-4:30 pm
Parents are encouraged to attend their child's assembly, so if you can help before or after that would be great. Parents will be receiving letters and there will be a dialer with more info coming from the school in the next week or so.

Sign in at the office and the meet at the PAC - outside the Machine Shop. This is by the side gate near the Music Rooms.

Hopefully much of the clean up can be done before the 4pm bell rings. This will be determined by the length of the assemblies.
