PTSA GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
Wednesday, April 11th 6pm – 7pm in the Library
We will be having our third General Association meeting on April 11th in the campus library/media center from 6pm to 7pm. Pizza will be provided!
We are inviting all Teachers, Staff, Parents, Students, and Family Members to come be involved. You do not need to be a member to come; we will have membership materials available if you are interested in joining.
The focus of the April Meeting will be to
- Elect the 2018-2019 Executive Board
- Approve the Mid-Year Audit
- Review the 2017-2018 Budget and approve expenses
- Discuss upcoming events
- We are also looking for ideas of activities/ programs the PTSA can offer for the 2017–2018 school year
At the meeting we will discuss what has been accomplished this year and what exciting things are scheduled for the remaining of the year. We will also touch on what we want to do in 2018-2019. Thank you for your support!
