Academic Assemblies are to celebrate academic achievement at CPMA. The school will also have a staff committee, so PTSA would work with CPMA staff to create this event. This would include the following:

1.   Helping to set and confirm dates of the assemblies
2.   Coordinate with our Hospitality Committee to provide treats, drinks and decorations
3.  Help to acquire prizes, such as scoops of ice cream, Boomers or Belmont Park tickets, etc.
4.   Communicate the event to families, through our PTSA Communications team
5.   Coordinate volunteers for set up and clean up of the event
