Hello Cadman Families, it is that time again for Cadman elementary annual Halloween Carnival!  The event will be held during school hours. The carnival is open to all Cadman students and their families. Parents please consider signing up, without you PTA can not hold events like this. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes, but masks and weapons are not allowed.
