Hello Cadman Families!

This year we have decided to have our annual Halloween carnival in the evening instead of during the school day. We hope that it will enable more families to attend and also make the event more comfortable for the kids without the intense heat of the daytime sun... The Cadman Halloween “Trunk or Treat” Carnival will take place at the school on Friday 10/26 beginning at 4pm and will end at 7pm. We will have a taco man serving up all kinds of delicious food for dinner throughout the event, and he has graciously agreed to donate 10% of his sales back to the school. So come eat, trick or treat, play and show off your amazing costumes that evening!

****Volunteers Needed!*****

We are looking for parents / teachers / family members who would like to participate in the trunk or treat! Your role would be to decorate the trunk or tailgate of your vehicle for the Halloween carnival and pass out prizes or candy for the students trick or treating. Set up would begin after school on 10/26 so your car is ready at the start of the carnival. If you would like to volunteer, please do so ASAP so we know how many trunks we will have. Keep a look out for the konstella sign-up sheet following this announcement.

We are holding a brief meeting this Monday evening to discuss the trunk or treat carnival plans, if you would like to participate and share your ideas or check out what the PTA has for decorations we encourage you to join us. 6pm at the school library, 10/15.

We hope to get lots of help and volunteers to make this an extra special Halloween event for our children. Thank you for making Cadman such an awesome school!
