Hi Book Fair Volunteer Team!

Book Fair is officially here! Students will be able to visit the Book Fair daily before school starting at 8am, during their recess, lunch or classroom library time. After school, students will be able to buy books only if accompanied by a parent until 2:45pm.

Volunteers will be asked to help students check out and pay for their purchases. You may also be asked to help find books or man the very popular sticker picker area where students can purchase a fun sticker for just a quarter. It's so much fun watching all these kids make choices and find books they love. Parent volunteers are vital to making Book Fair successful so thank you for helping us support our library. Volunteers are also given a 20% discount on all items on the day they volunteer. Please see Jessica or Mrs. Cervantes to check out your items and receive your discount.

Shifts are listed here. Please pay close attention to the time as the shifts differ from day to day. Volunteers must sign in and out at the office before and after their shifts. You will notice that the first shift starts at 8am. Volunteers are welcome to bring their kids with them into the MUR until the playground opens at 8:05-815am. Students will have 15 minutes after school to purchase books if accompanied by a parent. Again, any volunteers assisting after school hours, your children are welcome to come to the MUR when school lets out.
