Let your voice be heard!
Chadbourne School Site Council is a committee of parents, faculty and staff that meets once every other month in Room 1. SSC is the decision-making body charged with evaluating school academic programs, approving discretionary budget allocations, and meeting the needs of certain academic groups. Some of these include the evaluation of the SPSA (Single Plan for Student Achievement), distribution of funds for library, science lab, etc., and allocation of funds for EL (English Learners) programs.
For the 2019-2020 year we have four positions that need to be filled:
- 2 full membership positions (2 year term; has voting rights)
- 2 alternate positions (1 year term; no voting rights)
School Site Council is a great way to get involved, be informed, and make a difference at the school. If you are interested in serving on the School Site Council please fill out the attached form and return to your student's teacher or the school office by Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
